This delicious recipe is as fast and easy as it gets! Not too spicy, but still has a great southwest flavor. A great veggi only meal, or add some grilled and chopped chicken for added protein and flavor.
2 Cans diced tomatoes (with chilies or jalapeños if desired)
2 Cans Mexi-Corn (corn with the red peppers already in)
2 Cans of black beans
2 Tbsp Sazon RECIPE TO FOLLOW
Shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla strips as a topping if desired
Drain and rinse beans. Add cans of tomato’s and corn without draining. Add SAZON and simmer, done. Add tortilla strips and cheddar cheese if desired right before serving.
